What people do in the privacy of their own property is their own business. If you want to walk around your house completely naked there’s nothing anyone can do to stop you, right?
Well, not quite. In Spain there are actually some rules when it comes to being naked around the house.

Is it legal to be naked at home in Spain?
As is so often the case with things when it comes to Spanish law, the answer is: it depends. Generally speaking yes, of course you can (it’s your own house) though you should still be aware there are a few instances in which you could get in trouble for walking around the house in your birthday suit, strange as that might sound. It could even land you prison time in extreme cases.
In a word, it comes down to intent.
The Spanish penal code prohibits indecent exposure with the intention of disturbing or bothering other people. Put simply, nudity in the home is not considered illegal in Spain as long as it is not done in an obscene way.
What does that mean?
The law in Spain punishes those who push nudity into indecent exposure and expose themselves to minors or disabled people with the aim of lewdly provoking or disturbing others, even if it’s done from their own home.
So being naked at home for comfort or just because that’s what you want to do is fine, of course, but be careful you’re not flashing anyone, especially kids or disabled people.
Looking at the legal specifics, Article 185 of the penal code deals specifically with “offences of indecent exposure and sexual provocation” and states:
“Anyone who performs or causes another person to perform acts of obscene exhibition in front of minors or incapable persons shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months to one year.”

To assure this doesn’t accidentally happen to you, maybe close curtains, blinds or persianas (shutters) if you want to strip off at home in Spain.
If you share a flat with other people, be sure to communicate with them about your habits and respect their privacy and comfort.
It should also be noted that sharing images or videos of someone with no clothes on can also be considered a crime, even if they’re at home. This is an invasion of that person’s privacy, regardless of whether or not the curtains are open or the blinds are up.
